EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          REGHAN GUPTILL joined the staff of Minor League
     Baseball as Manager of the Baseball Trade Show for the
     Professional Baseball Promotion Corp., a subsidiary of the
     NAPBL (NAPBL)....Raycom Sports announced the hiring of two
     new employees -- KEVIN COLLINS, named VP/National Sales, and
     DAVID FRY, named Midwest Division Manager, while COLIN SMITH
     was promoted to Regional Marketing Manager (Raycom).
     .....Dunlop Maxfli Sports Corporation (DMSC) appointed DAVID
     VOGRIN and GUY PETERS as its new Marketing Managers for Golf
     Balls (DMSC)....SANDY JOHNSON was named Assistant GM for the
     D'Backs.  Johnson will focus on player development and
     scouting (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 4/14)....ALLISON HODGES,
     President & co-Founder of Three Point, Inc., has been named
     GM of the ABL expansion Chicago franchise (ABL).
