EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Former InterZine Productions Dir of Business
     Development IRA WILLIAMS has been named Dir of Business
     Development for SportsLine USA (THE DAILY)....MLS named J.
     RICHARD LAW VP/Consumer Products.  Law spent the last eight
     years with Spalding Sports (MLS)....The CBA named JAMAAL
     WILKES Dir of Program Development.  Wilkes will direct,
     support and facilitate CBA outreach as assigned by CBA
     Commissioner STEVE PATTERSON (CBA)....Dallas businessman
     FRED MCCLURE has been elected to a two-year term as Chair of
     the Cotton Bowl Athletic Association.  For the last two
     years, McClure has served as one of four vice-chairs on the
     Southwestern Bell Cotton Bowl's Board of Directors (CBAA).
     ...MARIAN MELCHER HANSON has been named to the newly created
     post of VP/Special Events marketing at ESPN.  Hanson was at
     Int'l Promotion Management (BRANDWEEK, 3/24 issue).
