A plot by Islamic extremists to "mount a bombing campaign against this summer's World Cup" in France has been uncovered by police, according to Conradi & Scott of the LONDON SUNDAY TIMES. World Cup brochures and a "large quantity of liquid explosives" were recovered during raids on houses in Brussels, France, which ended in the "arrest of seven suspected members of an Algerian terrorist group."
