EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          DAN CASEY was named VP/GM of Fox Sports World.  A three
     year employee of Fox/Liberty, Casey most recently served as
     VP/Research & Planning at Fox Sports West and FSW2 (FSWo).
     ...HOWARD BALDWIN JR., who had been GM of the Penguins
     Iceoplex practice facility, has left there "to concentrate
     on duties" with the ECHL Wheeling Nailers.  Penguins Co-
     Owner ROGER MARINO said Baldwin was "bored at Iceoplex"
     (PITTSBURGH POST-GAZETTE, 3/17)....LYDIA SHAW has been named
     Affiliate Sales Account Exec with Fox Sports South.  Shaw
     comes from Turner Network Sales, where she has worked as a
     Sales Assistant for over a year (FSS).....DREW REIFENBERGER
     was named VP/Brand Sales at Turner Broadcasting, from
     VP/Sports Marketing at Turner Sports (BRANDWEEK, 3/16).
