In Toronto, Marty York reports that TSN has made a bid
"worth close" to C$35M for the CFL's entire five-year
package. TSN's offer is for exclusive TV rights to all CFL
games -- including the playoffs and the Grey Cup match
(Toronto GLOBE & MAIL, 2/5). Also in Toronto, Rob Longley
puts TSN's bid "in the neighborhood" of C$30M (TORONTO SUN,
2/5)....In Atlanta, TBS Inc. announced plans to build a $52M
production facility on its Techwood complex and invest $20M
to redesign CNN Center (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 2/5).
