          The IHL K.C. Blades are seeking a highly qualified and
     motivated individual to oversee business operations for the
     eight-year-old franchise.  Ideal candidate will have 7-10
     years experience in pro sports business operations at a
     management level, and demonstrated performance in strategic
     planning, finance, marketing, ticket sales and personnel
     management.  Knowledge of K.C. market and ability to create
     a positive, encouraging work environment are important.
