EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ROBERT MULCAHY will remain as NJ Sports & Exposition
     Authority President.  He had been mentioned by NJ Gov.
     CHRISTINE TODD WHITMAN for the AD's post at Rutgers Univ. 
     But Mulcahy plans to remain at the NJSEA indefinitely, a
     spokesperson said (N.Y. TIMES, 1/31)....The '99 FIFA Women's
     World Cup Organizing Committee has named its advisory board.

     ESPN broadcaster ROBIN ROBERTS; former Secretary of the
     Treasury and USOC President WILLIAM SIMON SR.; NBA VP/Int'l
     TV HEIDI UEBERROTH; and CHRISTINE TODD WHITMAN (WWC).
