          The DETROIT NEWS releases a survey of lawsuits against
     the area's public facilities today, showing that the
     greatest number of suits filed in Metro Detroit since '90
     were against The Palace with 51; Joe Louis Arena received
     34, the Silverdome 15 and Tiger Stadium 9 (DETROIT NEWS,
     1/29). ....IMS and Walt Disney World, co-Owners of the Walt
     Disney World Speedway, said they have no plans to bring any
     more races to the speedway.  IMS Dir of Strategic Events Lee
     Gardner: "We're happy with the number of events we have
     going on" (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 1/26).
