TIMES, 1/23). ...ROBERT DALE MORGAN was named President & CEO of the Atlanta 2000 Super Bowl Host Committee. He has served as VP/Sports for the Atlanta Chamber and has been in charge of the Peach Bowl since '88 (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 1/23). ...The Colts named BOB LAMEY to their administrative staff. He has been the team's radio voice for 11 of the team's 14 years in Indy. He will continue to handle the team's play- by-play and have an involvement in community projects and assist the sales and marketing staff (Colts). -
