SHAQ OPENS NEW BUSINESS IN COMPTON TO HELP TROUBLED YOUTHS

SHAQUILLE O'NEAL has opened an apparel and marketing
business in Compton, CA, in the "hope of creating jobs and
keeping kids out of trouble," according to the L.A. TIMES.
The $3M apparel facility, which employees "about" 40 people,
will be able to print 15,000 to 20,000 T-shirts a day and
imprint sportswear with O'Neal's TWISM (The World Is Mine)
logo. TWISM is a partnership between O'Neal and CA-based
Cyrk, a promotional products company (L.A. TIMES, 11/7).
