NCAA LOOKS TO ADD SIX MORE NATIONAL CORPORATE PARTNERS

          Marriott, Nabisco and Tricon have become the latest
     corporate partners of the NCAA, each signing five-year
     partnerships.  Gillete, which has been an NCAA partner in
     the personal care category, also landed the battery category
     for its recently-acquired Duracell brand.  T.J. Nelligan,
     Host Communication's President of National Sales & Client
     Development, told THE DAILY that the NCAA has 14 sponsorship
     categories currently filled, with a goal of securing 20
     corporate partners.  Nelligan added that with AllSport's
     partnership recently expiring, the NCAA is in talks with
     "all the major brands" to fill its open isotonic beverage
     category. Partners gain sponsorship of 81 NCAA Championships
     in 22 sports at 500 sites around the U.S.  The following
