PLAYERS INC JOINS CROWDED SPORTS RESTAURANT MARKETPLACE

          Players Inc announced a joint venture with FL-based
     Millennium Entertainment Group to open the first NFL Players
     Grill restaurants.  NFL Players Grill Orlando will be
     located at Pointe Orlando, a new entertainment and retail
     center.  Players Inc has licensed Millennium Entertainment
     to develop the Grill concept, with rights to build and
     operate the first 12 locations.  In addition to Orlando,
     initial plans call for locations in Anaheim, Las Vegas and
     NYC.  The restaurant will feature cuisine developed by
     restauranteur Ralph Brennan, operator of New Orleans'
     Bacco's, Mr. B's and Red Fish Grill (NFLPA).
