EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          CA-based Internet Extra Corporation (IEC), creator of
     SportsExtra, named TOM DITTMANN as its Web Site Producer. 
     Dittmann comes from CBS SportsLine.  IEC also named JANEEN
     ANDERSON as Sports Marketing Dir.  Anderson comes from China
     Basin Ballpark Company, where she served as an Account Exec
     (IEC)....NFL International announced the following
     appointments: SWAN PAIK was named Senior Dir of Development
     & Planning.  Park previously served as Dir of Business
     Planning; DOUGLAS QUINN was named Senior Dir of Marketing &
     Sales. Quinn had been Senior Dir of Marketing for NFL
     Properties; ANN CARROLL returns to the NFL as Dir of Special
     Events.  Carroll had held that position with the Jaguars for
     three years; and KEN SAUNDERS was named CFO/CAO for NFL
     Europe.  Saunders has been a member of the NFL Financial
     Planning Group for the past five years (NFL)....KATHRYN
     SCHLOESSMAN was named President of the L.A. Sports &
     Entertainment Commission (L.A. Sports & Ent. Commission).
