SEIZE THE MARMENT: CT-BASED MARKETING GROUP ACQUIRES EMG

          CT-based The Marment Group has acquired 50% of NY-based
     entertainment and marketing firm, Entertainment Management
     Group (EMG). Terms were not disclosed.  EMG's clients will
     form the basis of a new entertainment division of The
     Marment Group to be headed by EMG Founder Steven Flanders. 
     The division will handle both client management and
     marketing and sponsorship representation of current Marment
     Group entertainment clients (The Marment Group).
