     Promotions Manager DOUG FRAIN have been added to the team's
     staff in Toronto (TORONTO SUN, 10/26).....Former Patriots and
     Colts QB TOM RAMSEY was named Dir of Corporate Sales by the
     Broncos (Co Springs GAZETTE TELEGRAPH, 10/26).
