AMF BOWLING STRIKES DEAL FOR MICHAEL JORDAN GOLF CO.

          AMF Bowling Worldwide announced that it has acquired
     Michael Jordan Golf Co., Inc. and that Jordan will now
     become a spokesperson for and endorser of AMF bowling
     products and centers.  Terms were not disclosed.  Under the
     deal, AMF acquired the Michael Jordan Golf center and range
     outside of Chicago and three other U.S. retail outlets.  In
     addition, AMF will establish and operate a two-week Michael
     Jordan summer youth bowling and golf camp in its centers
     around the US, and will establish "Michael Jordan Scholars,"
     a sports scholarship program funded by an annual weekend
     Michael Jordan Bowl-A-Thon at AMF Centers.  AMF's commitment
     is to fund eight $25,000 scholarships annually (AMF).
