EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          The IHL named DOUG MOSS as its new COO.  Moss was
     President & CEO of the NHL's Sabres from '94-96, and most
     recently served as a consultant for both The Marquee Group
     and Americast (IHL)....MICHAEL S. JORDAN was named VP/Sales
     & Marketing for the Harlem Globetrotters (BRANDWEEK, 10/13).
     ...The NHL named PATRICK FLATLEY to the position of Dir of
     Alumni Relations.  Flatley played 14 NHL seasons with the
     Islanders and Rangers before retiring last year (NHL).
     ...ESPN named MANISH JHA named Dir of Affiliate Operations 
     & Planning.  Jha had been Dir of Finance & Administration
     for ABC News/ESPN Internet Ventures (ESPN).
