EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          In St. Louis, KSDK-TV sports anchor TREY WINGO will
     join ESPNEWS in November (ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH, 10/14).
     ...MLS Wizards GM TIM LATTA announced his resignation. Hunt
     Sports Group President TIM CONNOLLY said the team hopes to
     have a new GM in four to six weeks (K.C. STAR, 10/14)....The
     SLOC named GORDON HALL Chair of the Board of Ethics.  Hall
     replaces new SLOC Chair ROBERT GARFF.  The SLOC also
     expanded the ethics board from three members to five, adding
     DAVID JORDAN, a former U.S. attorney, and MERRILL NORMAN, a
     CPA (SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, 10/11)....Raycom Sports named
     REGINALD JESTER Dir of Distribution Sales (Raycom Sports).
