EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Reebok Int'l named JOHN WARDLEY as Dir of Worldwide
     Advertising.  Wardley was the Senior Ad Dir at the Coca-Cola
     Co. (AD AGE, 9/29)....CO-based Chartwell Int'l named J.
     WILLIAM GRIMES Chair of its subsidiary, SportsStar
     Marketing.  Grimes was President & CEO of ESPN from '82-88.
     SportsStar also named SPENCER HAYWOOD as spokesperson.  He
     will support its efforts to obtain scholarships and
     financial aid to high school students for higher education
     (Chartwell)....Fox Sports Net announced that WILLIAM CRAIG
     resigned from his position of VP/GM of Fox Sports Pittsburgh
     to pursue other interests.  Fox Sports South GM HUNTER
     NICKELL will serve as interim GM of Fox Sports Pitt (FSN).
