QUAKER STATES' GROUP GOAL: INKING NHL LOCAL DEALS

          CA-based sports marketing and consulting agency The
     Goal Group has been awarded the exclusive contract with
     Quaker State Motor Oil in the negotiation of sponsorship
     packaging with NHL member clubs.  Quaker State is looking to
     expand market penetration by extending its league-wide NHL
     commitment into the execution of local deals.  The Goal
     Group will also provide full implementation and servicing of
     the multi-year partnerships (Goal Group).
