EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          BILL KIRKENDALL has resigned as Etonic President.  He
     becomes CEO of Tretorn....MIKE STEVENS has been named
     VP/Corporate Marketing of the PGA Tour.  He was Tournament
     Dir at the MCA Classic....The Golf Channel promoted BOB JAMES
     to Deputy Dir and LARA CUDA to Manager of On-Air Promotions
     (BRANDWEEK, 9/8)....NEIL CAMPBELL has been named to oversee
     operations of the Mariners new ballpark.  He is VP/GM of the
     British Columbia Pavilion Corp. (Mariners)....Raycom has
     named WILLIAM LYALL as its new VP/Finance.  He comes from the
     Tribune Co. where he was VP/Finance and Admin. (Raycom).

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft
