CINCY STADIUM CONTRACTS AWARDED FOR ARCHITECTS, MANAGEMENT

Hamilton County, OH, Commissioners have approved
architectural and management contracts for the Bengals' new
stadium totalling $23.5M, the largest expenditures to date
on the $300M-plus project, according to Barry Horstman of
the CINCINNATI POST. OH-based NBBJ Sports & Ent. will be
paid $19.8M to design the stadium and NC-based Getz Ventures
will receive up to $3.7M as project manager. The NBBJ
contract is a "step toward establishment of a guaranteed
maximum price" for the stadium (CINCINNATI POST, 8/25).
