          Bills Owner Ralph Wilson, on the agreement between the
     state, county and team regarding the sale of luxury suites
     and club seats that need to be sold for the team remain in
     Buffalo: "If they don't get sold, then we are going to have
     to look around.  If they're not sold, I'm going to breathe
     hard.  I don't know what will happen" (N.Y. DAILY NEWS,
     8/24)....In Fort Lauderdale, MLS Fusion Owner Ken Horowitz,
     who is eyeing plans to renovate Lockhart Stadium into a
     30,000-seat facility, faces the "hurdle" of dealing with
     three government agencies --the city of Fort Lauderdale,
     which owns the stadium; the Broward County School Board,
     which leases it; and the FAA which owns the land it is built
     on (SUN-SENTINEL, 8/24)....In Denver, former MLS Rapids GM
     Rich Levine has filed a $3M lawsuit against Rapids Owner
     Philip Anschutz, MLS and Commissioner Doug Logan over his
     dismissal from the team.  The suit "is essentially a
     defamation dispute" (ROCKY MOUNTAIN NEWS, 8/22).
