CNNSI.COM REPORTS HEAVY TRAFFIC AND NEW SPONSORS

          One month after the launch of its new World Wide Web
     site, CNNSI.com has hit 11 million weekly page views, and
     has seen weekly traffic doubled.  The site also announced
     two new charter advertising partners in IBM and GM, bringing
     its advertiser total to 40.  In addition, CNNSI.com
     announced that 60,000 users have signed up for its "Full
     Contact" fantasy football on SportSim, a free fantasy
     football league created for CNNSI.com by AZ-based Sandbox
     Entertainment.  In the coming weeks, CNNSI.com and Sandbox
     will offer daily and weekly "mini-games" that require less
     time commitment.  CNNSI.com will also teaming with PrepStar
     magazine to launch a college football and basketball
     recruiting site later this week (CNN/SI).

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft

On this week’s pod, SBJ’s Austin Karp has two Big Get interviews. The first is with TNT’s Stan Van Gundy as he breaks down the NBA Playoffs from the booth. Later in the show, we hear from ESPN’s VP of Programming and Acquisitions Tim Reed as the NFL Draft gets set to kick off on Thursday night in Motown. SBJ’s Tom Friend also joins the show to share his insights into NBA viewership trends.
