EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          CELESTE ROSE was named Group Exec Dir for Public
     Affairs for the NCAA.  Rose currently serves as Asst.
     VP/University Relations and Special Asst. to the President
     of the Univ. of CA (NCAA)....BOB PULFORD stepped down as GM
     of the Blackhawks.  Asst. GM BOB MURRAY takes over the
     position (CHICAGO SUN-TIMES, 7/4)....JOHN BURNAP joined the
     FleetCenter, serving in a newly-created position heading
     Event Development, and ROBYN LONG was promoted to Dir of
     Corporate and Special Events Sales.  She had previously
     served as Marketing Manager for "Legends," the arena's
     exclusive club for season-ticket holders (FleetCenter).
