          St. Louis-based Core Advertising won an assignment from
     NFL Properties and will develop a national campaign to
     publicize the NFL's "Air-It-Out" flag football promotion
     (ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL, 6/9)....In selling the last
     assets of the bankrupt Herman's Sporting Goods Chain,
     company exec Tom Noonan hopes to sell the "Herman's" name at
     a bankruptcy court auction next month.  The Herman's name
     and 12 private label brands which the defunct sporting goods
     chain has rights to "may fetch" around $150,000 (N.Y. POST,
     6/11). ...The South FL Super Bowl XXXIII Host Committee has
     named Clearwater-based Tenet HealthSystem as its official
     Healthcare Provider for Super Bowl XXXIII, to be held in '99
     at Pro Player Stadium (Tenet)....FL-based Lasergate Systems,
     Inc. has inked a deal with American Skiing Co. for a license
     for Admits, its general admission ticketing and access
     control system, which will be installed in six resorts owned
     and operated by American Skiing (LSi)....The U.S. Snowboard
     Team named Animal, one of Jim Henson Productions' Muppets,
     as its official mascot (USA TODAY, 6/11)....Montreal-based
     Bauer extended its contract with Coyotes G Nikolai
     Khabibulin to endorse Bauer equipment.  He is represented by
     NY-based Athletes & Artists (The Marquee Group).
