     MICHAEL HARRISON Deputy Commissioner.  He was VP/General
     Counsel of Contemporary Services Corp (CISL)....BET
     Holdings, the parent company of BET network, named BYRON
     MARCHANT Senior VP & General Counsel (WASHINGTON POST,
     4/29)....Lyons, Inc. promoted MEG JAMISON to Dir of
     Sales/Presentations, DAN WHITE to Account Supervisor in the
     Advertising Department and JEANINE KOBER to Account
     Executive (Lyons)....Twentieth TV has signed GEOVANNI BREWER
     and JEFF FISCHGRUND to executive produce the upcoming late
     night talk show with MAGIC JOHNSON (VARIETY, 4/28 issue).
