judgement" in deciding to show the IMG/TWI produced special
on Tiger Woods before its final-round coverage of the
Masters. Sandomir notes IMG "can surely do all it wants to
control Woods's image, but must CBS buy into it to get

notes a judge's ruling in favor of Fox Sports West 2 in its
right to carry Mighty Ducks games. Stewart: "The ruling
means that Fox Sports West 2 is going to survive. ... it

Bienvenu had been with Fox-affiliate WVUE-TV in New Orleans
for ten years as a sports reporter and anchor (Fox Sports
Net)....Primestar Partners said it "will become profitable"
in the fourth quarter after it reaches 2 million
