          CHERYL YOSHIOKA, formerly Dir of Direct Marketing for
     Nike, has joined Portland, OR-based Tyee to develop
     interactive marketing ideas and coordinate Web site
     activities for Tyee (AD AGE, 2/25)....Warriors VP
     Broadcasting DAVID MCGAHEY has resigned effective March 21. 
     McGahey has been with the team for nine seasons (THE
     DAILY)....The Ravens named JAMES HARRIS as Dir of Pro
     Personnel.  Harris spent the past four years as the Jets
     Assistant GM (Baltimore SUN, 2/25)....New promotions at
     Greenwich, CT-based Clarion Marketing and Communications: 
     BETH ANNE TAGLIA has been promoted to Senior Account Exec
     from Account Exec; MELISSA NAPOLI to Account Exec from
     Assistant Account Exec; and VERONICA HANZEL joined the
     division as Account Exec from Account Exec specializing on
     interactive Business Communications (Clarion).
