     whether to dismiss a $110M lawsuit filed by Reebok Int'l
     over product placement in the film (USA TODAY, 2/11)....RZ
     Enterprises developed Everlast Nutritional Products to
     market an Everlast energy bar under a licensing agreement. 
     The 1.4-ounce bars sell for "about" $.99 in supermarkets and
     health stores (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 2/7)....Adidas named
     Publicis as its PR partner on a global basis for the '98
     World Cup in Paris.  Adidas is an official sponsor and
     licensee for the event.  Publicis-owned Idees Dialogue
     Conseil won out over Hill & Knowlton.  The appointment "does
     not affect the global creative account," handled by Leagas
     Delaney, London (AD AGE, 2/10)....Billings for the MLS ad
     account with McCann-Erickson New York are estimated at $2M
     (N.Y. TIMES, 2/11)....CNBC's Sally Jenkins, on McDonald's
     sponsorship of the NBA: "This is an enhanced visibility for
     McDonald's, they're getting married to the NBA in a way that
     they haven't done before. ... We're looking at two companies
     with major global growth as their goal" ("Sports View,"
     CNBC, 2/10).
