SAMARANCH TO NAGANO: DRIVERS WANTED AND NEEDED

          IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch is interviewed by
     KYODO NEWS and discusses the preparation for Nagano's Winter
     Games. Samaranch, on concerns about transportation: "The
     teams and the journalists must get to the sports venues in a
     short time.  The bus drivers must know the Olympic zone
     well.  They have to be properly trained before they drive
     the Olympic vehicles."  Samaranch, on technology problems in
     Atlanta, and how they will effect Nagano: "The IOC, IBM and
     NAOC are having continuous meetings on this issue.  And from
     the test events in Nagano this season, we have been informed
     of very successful results so far" (KYODO NEWS, 2/11).
