EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          SportsFan Radio Network appointed MICHAEL EWING to the
     newly created position of President & COO.  Ewing had
     previously been VP & GM of CBS Radio Network (SportsFan
     Radio Network)....KARA WATSON joined Millsport as Manager of
     PepsiCo's NASCAR Racing Program.  She had worked on the '96
     Olympic Torch Relay with Momentum, Inc., a division of
     McCann Erickson Worldwide Advertising Agency (Millsport).
     ...Visual Edge Systems Inc., makers of "One-on-One with Greg
     Norman," has named PETER GORSKI as VP/Operations, SCOTT
     PEYSER VP/Sales & Marketing,  JUDD ROSSMAN Dir of West Coast
     Sales, BRUCE GEITZEN Southeast Regional Dir, LOREN SHAPIRO
     GM of Northeast Operations and SKIP JENKINS Operations
     Manager of Northeast (Visual Edge Systems)....The Marquee
     Group named CLIFF KAPLAN as VP/Sales.  Kaplan had been with
     Fox Sports Net as VP/Eastern Sales (The Marquee Group).
