EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          LAUREEN ONG, Senior VP/GM of Prism and SportsChannel
     Philadelphia, will resign to take a management job with Fox
     Sports.  TERRI MORSE, Prism and SportsChannel veteran, has
     been promoted to Ong's position and Exec Producer ROBERT
     AYARS will be Morse's Deputy (PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 12/12).
     ...DAVID DZIEDZIC was named National Association of
     Broadcasters Senior VP/Advertising & Sales.  Dziedzic was
     VP/Marketing for the MLB Rangers (NAB)....MARTIN SAMUELS has
     been named Quiksilver Inc. Exec VP/Sales & Marketing, a new
     position at the company.  Samuels most recently served as
     Exec VP of No Fear from '94-96 (Quiksilver)....The Coyotes
     fired GM JOHN PADDOCK (Sports Ticker).
