TAGLIABUE IN CINCINNATI TO LAUNCH BENGALS STADIUM MARKETING

          NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue will appear at a series
     of events next week in Cincinnati to unveil designs and
     launch marketing campaigns to sell suites, club seats and
     PSLs for a new Bengals stadium, according to Dan Monk in the
     CINCINNATI BUSINESS COURIER.  Tagliabue will speak at a
     December 17 gathering of the local business community, who
     will get the first look at new stadium designs.  On the
     18th, Tagliabue will hold a press conference before
     travelling to Lexington where he and Bengals Owner Mike
     Brown will unveil stadium plans to more than 100 potential
