     issue)...."SI for Kids" named Cardinal OZZIE SMITH, pro
     golfer DEB RICHARD, Univ. of Florida football star LAWERENCE
     WRIGHT and CLINTON BROWN III, a 15-year-old physically
     challenged athlete from N.Y., as recipients of the "1996
     Sports Illustrated for Kids Good Sport Award," who have all
     devoted time and energy to helping children (SI for
     Kids)....QB DOUG FLUTIE expressed "anger" with fans at
     Sunday's Grey Cup.  Flutie: "My eight-year-old daughter
     comes to the game and the guys at the gate hand her a bin
     Argos Suck sign.  That's not right.  You can say anything
