T-Wolves' 20-year-old KEVIN GARNETT presented President Clinton with a souvenir Wolves jersey at the Target Center yesterday. Wolves Coach Flip Saunders: "Kevin said to me, 'How many kids get to meet the president?' (Minneapolis STAR-TRIBUNE, 10/29)....Patriots Coach BILL PARCELLS, on a report in the EDELSTEIN REPORT, in which Fred Edelstein wrote Parcells will coach the Jets or Falcons next year: "You mean the Moron Report.
