         The WNBA named RENEE BROWN as Dir of Player Personnel and
    KELLY KRAUSKOPF and Dir of Basketball Operations (NBA). ...The
    Nets have hired DAVID PENDERGRAFT as their Dir of Player
    Personnel.  He spent last season as a scout for the Grizzlies
    (Nets)....Olympic boxer ZAHIR RAHEEM has signed a five-year
    promotional contract with Las Vegas-based Top Rank, Inc.  The
    decision was "unexpected," because Raheem had been receiving
    financial support from Totowa, NJ-based Main Events Inc.
