     Time Warner Chair Gerald Levin and TBS Chair Ted Turner are
expected to meet today in Montana to discuss "contentious issues"
ranging from layoffs to management structure in the merging of
the two companies (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 8/30)....The Mighty Ducks
named Brian Hamilton as their radio play-by-play announcer and
Pat Conacher as radio analyst for the '96-97 season.  Hamilton
did play-by-play for the AHL Baltimore Bandits last year, while
Conacher retired from the league in '96 after 12 years (Mighty
Ducks)....The AAU announced that Global Television, Inc. has been
selected to secure a long-term TV network or cable deal for the
AAU Junior Olympic Games.  The AAU Junior Olympics will be held
in Charlotte, NC in '97 (Global)....Former Penguin Troy Loney
will join the cast of Prime Sports' Players Club TV show (Prime
Sports)....CNBC said it found no evidence of improper securities
trading by correspondent, Dan Dorfman.  After Dorfman recovers
from a stroke, he will return to work (NEWSDAY, 8/30).
