NFL TO PARTNER WITH COCA- COLA AND WAL-MART ON GAMEDAY

     NFL Properties will introduce the '96 Coca-Cola NFL GameDay
Centers at Wal-Mart.  Fifteen Coca-Cola NFL Game Day Centers will
be tested in eleven markets during the season from July to
February.  The 20x40 foot, stand-alone areas will showcase all
NFL licensed merchandise with apparel and non-apparel, along with
Coca-Cola products.  Video monitors airing a six-minute "NFL on
Fox" video will also be featured along with team-specific "Look
Like the Pros" attractions from the NFL Experience in which fans
can step into a mock uniform and look the part of their favorite
team.  Test markets will be in Atlanta, Buffalo, Chicago, Dallas,
Denver, Green Bay, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Minnesota, San
Diego, and Seattle.  In all Wal-Mart stores, a gift-with-purchase
offer will be presented by Hanes (NFL).
