CHANGES IN BIG-D: MAVERICKS NAME TOP TEAM OFFICIALS

     Keith Grant, originally the Mavericks' equipment manager,
was named VP of Basketball Operations for the Mavericks,
according to the FT. WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM.  In addition, Jim
Livingston was promoted from CFO to VP of Business Operations.
Tom Kelly will replace him as the new CFO.  Other Mavs employees
promoted were:  Kevin Sullivan was named VP of Communications;
Steve Letson was named VP of Operations; Olivia Phillips,
Community Development Coordinator; Jill Henderson, Coordinating
TV producer; Tony Fay, Manager of Media Services and George
Killebrew, Dir of Corporate Sales (FT. WORTH STAR-TELEGRAM,
7/11).
