Published May 9, 1996
The NBA, NBC, ESPN Enterprises and Starwave Corp. have jointly announced their partnership in developing Finals.com, the official Web site of the '96 NBA Finals. The site, which will launch during the conference finals at the end of this month, will be found at NBA.com, but can also be accessed directly at http://www.finals.com or through NBC's site. Features will include live player chats, photos, post-game commentary and merchandise opportunities. Current NBA.com sponsors Gatorade and Schick will extend their relationship to Finals.com, but other sponsorship opportunities will be available (NBA/NBC).
