CNN ONLINE TO HOST EVENT DRIVEN CHAT SESSIONS THIS WEEKEND

     Several personalities will appear on CNN's internet site
this Memorial Day weekend in conjunction with NBA and NASCAR
event coverage on TNT and TBS.  On Friday night from 6:30-7:30pm
EDT, TNT NBA analyst Danny Ainge will be available to answer
questions online prior to the network's Sonics-Jazz Game 3
telecast.  NASCAR veteran Buddy Baker will be online from 1:05-
4:05pm EDT Saturday during TBS' Red Dog 300 coverage from
Charlotte Motor Speedway.  Another racing vet, Phil Parsons, will
be on from 5:05-9:30pm EDT Sunday -- during and after TBS' airing
