     Sunoco has agreed to sponsor Victor Livingston's sports
business magazine show on SportsChannel Philadelphia.  The show
will be known as "Sunoco Presents SportsBiz Today" (PHILADELPHIA
INQUIRER, 4/12)....In Chicago, Michael Hirsley notes the wide
disparity in ratings for the Bulls and Blackhawks on network TV
last Sunday.  Hirsley notes that the last hour of the Hawks-Wings
game on Fox dropped to a 2.0 as the Bulls-Magic game began on
NBC.  The Bulls-Magic game drew a 21.6 rating during the
overlapping hour.  The Bulls-Hornets game Monday night on WGN won
its timeslot in the city, drawing a 27.2 (CHICAGO TRIBUNE,
4/12)....The WLAF, which premieres this weekend on fX, has
launched a web site.  The address: http://www.worldleague. com
(NFL). ...David Letterman's "Late Show" showed up at the Bulls'
Thursday shootaround in an attempt to put together a "Top Ten
List" with the Bulls, but the deal fell through.  "Nightline" is
currently following the team around until they win their 70th
game (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 4/12)....Internet navigator Yahoo! is
going public.  Its stock will open at $13 a share ("Moneyline,"
CNN, 4/11)....NBC will tape this weekend's NFL Quarterback Club
"Foot Action NFL Quarterback Challenge" for airing August 10-11
on "SportsWorld" (ORLANDO SENTINEL 4/12)....On Long Island, the
Islanders-Lightning PPV game only drew 13 paying customers, while
the Penguins-Islanders PPV game Wednesday drew 262 (NEWSDAY,
4/12).
