for Teenage Guidance" with MAGIC JOHNSON, CEDRIC CEBALLOS, DANNY
DEVITO, and RHEA PERLMAN ("ET," 3/6)....EVANDER HOLYFIELD will
unveil MICHEL DELACROIX'S cover art for the official Olympic CD
box set, "The Sound of the Games."  OKSANA BAIUL will join
Delacroix and ACOG officials later (N.Y. POST, 3/7)....CHARLES
BARKLEY has been asked to be an presenter at the Oscar's.
Barkley: "We have a game on the Sunday before, and that's
rehearsal day.  I'd have to miss it, fly over the day of the
awards and do a rush job.  The Chuckster doesn't want to screw up
with a billion people watching" (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 3/7).... An
"Extra" exclusive reports ANDRE AGASSI proposed to BROOKE SHIELDS
"amid the waterfalls and beautiful scenery of Hawaii," despite a
National Enquirer story that alleged Agassi cheated on Shields
with a "porn star" ("Extra," 3/6).
