Published March 25, 1996
In a Friday conference call with boxing writes, MIKE TYSON said he is not happy with his income level from his recent fights. For the three fights Tyson has been paid at least $65M. Tyson received a record $30M purse for his TKO of Frank Bruno. Tyson: "I'm just saying, 'Give me more money. I'm entitled to it.'" Tyson did not say whether promoter DON KING, co-managers JOHN HORNE or RORY HOLLOWAY, or business partners Showtime and the MGM Grand were the source of his unhappiness (Greg Logan, NEWSDAY, 3/23).
