     "60 Minutes" featured MUHAMMAD ALI and his battle against
Parkinson's Syndrome in its lead segment Sunday night.  Ed
Bradley reported Ali continues to have a great following today,
receiving upwards of 300 fan letters a week, 15 years after his
last fight.  Bradley:  "He still has no regrets about what boxing
did to him because of what boxing has done for him" (CBS,
3/17)....NJ Gov. CHRISTINE TODD WHITMAN has control of about 100
tickets to the Final Four, thought to be "the most of any one
person."  Requests have come in from BOB DOLE and NEWT GINGRICH,
among others (N.Y. TIMES, 3/17)....JACK KEMP, on his future:
"I'm not worried about it.  Maybe I'll be commissioner of the
National Football League one day" (WASHINGTON POST, 3/17).
