As part of a legal agreement reached yesterday regarding the non-football holdings of Colts Owner ROBERT IRSAY, it was revealed the 72-year-old "is incapacitated by a massive stroke he suffered on November 29 and is not likely to recover." Irsay's son, Colts VP & GM JIM IRSAY, and wife, Nancy, had filed separate petitions seeking to be named guardians over Irsay and his estate, estimated to be worth $10M.
