EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     Titleist Dir/Golf Club Research & Development ART CHOU has
left the company to begin his own design and research company
with his father PETER CHOU in Philadelphia (GOLF WORLD 2/23
issue)....Woolworth Corp. has named HILARY CHASIN to its new
position of VP/Advertising & Vendor Development.  Chasin will be
responsible for creative development and execution of all
advertising activities for the athletic divisions of Woolworth,
which includes Foot Locker and Champs Sports (Woolworth)....JAMES
KAHN was promoted to Publisher of Golf Magazines Properties.
Kahn was VP & Associate Publisher.  Kahn and GM RICHARD ALFANO
were also named Senior VPs of Golf Magazine Properties (INSIDE
MEDIA, 2/21-3/5 issue)....Prime Sports Radio has named TIM PARKER
as Program Coordinator and DAN ALPERIN as National Sales Rep for
the Northeast.  Parker comes from Host Communications, where he
was Broadcast Ops Manager.  Alperin was General Sales Manager for
Boston's WBPS (Prime Sports Radio).
     CLARIFICATION:  Harlan Stone, Advantage International's
newest Managing Dir, will head the firm's Properties division,
while Managing Dir Frank Craighill and VP Bob Heussner will
direct the Partners division.
