Mahalic had been working for Portland State University on the Endangered Youth Urban Project (Portland OREGONIAN, 2/15)....Arnold Palmer Golf has named CLAIRE BRADFORD as VP/Sales and Staff Services and ROBERT WINSKOWICZ as VP/Sales and Marketing (GOLF WORLD, 2/9 issue)....St. Paul-based Ecolab Inc., a supplier of cleaning and sanitation services, announced they will form a joint venture with OSCAR ROBERTSON to bid on assets of Orchem Inc., a Cincinnati specialty chemical company that recently filed for bankruptcy. Robertson was CEO and majority owner of Orchem, but resigned after to "avoid a potential conflict of interest" (Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 2/16).
