The NBA launches its '96 NBA All-Star weekend section of "NBA.com," the league's official web site. The site will offer fans a look at all the activities involved in All-Star Weekend, February 8-11, and also feature many "one-on-one" live chats, the first being NBA Commissioner David Stern, February 7 at 6:00pm. ... The NBA presents a special show this Sunday called "Building a Winner," which examines different teams in different stages of development. The show can be seen this Sunday on NBC at 12:00pm (NBA).
